What's New?

Some new things have happened in my home. My mother-in-law had knee surgery to give her a new knee. We still don't have a car. Trying to get one is hard when you live off of a small amount. My brother-in-law is leaving to Alabama. About time he got out on his own. My husband and I are have nice long talks that are helping us to grow strong as a couple together. So many new things are going on also outside of the home. The state is buying up the land around us and where we live. They have some plans for it, but I don't know what. Oh well maybe we will get to move where we want to move to. So far that is all that is new.

I have seen

I have seen a lot of things in my 31 years of life. I have seen people addicted to drugs, to sex, even to food. My first husband was addicted to any drug he could get his hands on. That was one of the many reasons we got a divorce. The other was his lack of faithfulness to me. Let me tell you, the only thing you can do for a person that is addicted is pray for them and tell them you are there for them. You can't change them. They have to be willing to change themselves. I have seen people hit rock bottom and I have seen people that hit that level pull themselves out of it. I have seen women that were so hard up for something that they pawned their own children just to get what they want. I have seen anger that was so bad that it almost killed them. I have seen people steal, lie, cheat, and hide. I have even seen a person that could not stop themselves from wanting food all the time. I watched a friend of mine blow his own head off. I walked in on a friend slicing their wrist. I have been to places that made my skin crawl and the smell made me pass out. I wish I could wash my eyes out. If I have not seen all that I have seen then I would not be the person I am today. I thank God I am still alive and able to help my friends out as much as I can. I have been there too.

Good Things For Them That Pray

I have faith in God. I pray to him everyday. Lately I have been praying for my father-in-law who is in prison for something I will not say. He is already blind in one eye. He has been like that sense the day he was born. Well now he is going blind in the other eye. He has glaucoma in that eye now. Well, as he was doing something at the prison, his eye started burning and painful. He went to the medical clinic in the prison and they just gave him some medication. Around 40-49 days later they sent him to an eye doctor on the outside, and that eye doctor told them he should have been seen the day he told them about this. If he had gotten there sooner, he would not be going blind. Well the medical clinic inside don't seem to care about anything a real doctor tells them. My father-in-law filed a complaint and submitted a case to court. I prayed that the court would take the case and the complaint would catch some ones attention. Well, good news! He head of Federal prisons is investigating the prison and the court took the case. I am so happy. I had faith in God the hole time. I was not the only one praying, my mother-in-law was praying also. I tell you, when two or more are in agreement, God will answer.

What to do with him

I have a hard time dealing with a person in my life. This person is lazy. When it comes time to do any work, he runs off or just sits there. He runs to the kitchen every 5 min and comes back out with food. I tried controlling that, but once the family goes to bed, he gets up and sneaks into the kitchen and gets food. He does not want to get a job cause he is like I said lazy. My husband and I have to get him up and make sure he takes his medication. He will forget appointments on purpose and then blames it on us. We have tried talking to him and setting rule, but that don't work. I wish I knew what to do. He is like a kid in a adult body.

Long Time

Yes it has been a long time sense I have blogged. Many things have happened in my life. I got married April 10, 2009 to my 3rd husband. He is a good person. I moved and now am close to family. I had surgery, My first ever, in October 9th, 2009. I went to school and became a medical coding specialist. I am looking for a job. Was going to church with my brother and sister-in-law, but something about going to that church was not working for me and my husband. I became an Aunt 2 x's, That makes me happy. My mother-in-law has been in and out of the hospital many times. So many things have happened and now I am back to blogging. Now you are up to date, I will be blogging more later. God Bless.
